Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements.

All ages and abilities can do Tai Chi’s controlled relaxing movements and it’s a great way to start experiencing the benefits of exercising outdoors with our friendly instructor Stephanie. No experience is necessary but wear comfortable clothes and footwear suitable for the weather.
