Trail Running

Come and join us on this beginners programme and experience the wonders of running with nature over the gently undulating ground of the Lickey Hills. Although the distance is unlikely to be in excess of 5k, the terrain is likely to be more challenging than that which is commonly encountered on a typical running route. Changes of pace and gait will be involved and participants should expect to get muddy. All abilities covered— the group will remain together by means of loop backs at set points, which will ensure that all participants work to their optimum level
