Women Only Yoga

Outdoor Yoga session which is suitable for all levels of ability – no previous experience needed. Whilst surrounded by the tranquil outdoor space of Soho House, we will experience:
* Yoga practices based on traditional Dru yoga
* Breathing practices to calm the mind and body
* Relaxation
