Why not try our Kettlercise class whilst the kids are at kids club. Kettlercise is using light weights to a non-stop routine working all your body. Unfortunately Kettlebells cannot be provided. Please bring your own.
Kids MUST be of school age to attend the kids club session without an adult.
Participants MUST be 16+ years to join the Kettlercise class.
