This session will consist of a 30 minute gentle walk around the "Swanny Ponds" with the opportunity to stay and join in a 15 minute light conditioning session with hand held weights.
This session is open to women at all stages of pregnancy.
Our instructor will also be able answer any questions about exercise/eating during pregnancy and for the first few months after giving birth as well.
