Buggy Shape Up


Low impact, led walk, with babies in buggies (you can still get involved without a buggy). We will work on strengthening pelvic floor muscles and deep abdominal. We will also focus on improving posture and breathing exercises. Ideally suited to ante and post natal ladies, although anyone can join in.

What to bring


Wear comfortable footwear, ideally trainers, comfortable leggings/ jogging bottoms, wear layers, e.g. T-shirt, waterproof, fleece. Sun cream (just on the off chance we see some sunshine), bring a rain cover for buggy.
