Powerwalk Workout

Our Couch to 5K plan is designed to get just about anyone off the couch and running. Even if you are completely new to running our fantastic session leader will help you achieve your running goals.

This is not an hour long run!

There will be a warm up and cool down and the session will be filled with lots of fun and laughter.

A fair warning - there will be homework runs!
