Buggy Bootcamp

An all over body workout in parks for parents/carers with the aim to improve mobility, strength, stamina and all-round fitness. The sessions see parents/carers working out in the park with their baby in the buggy/pram. Also suitable for pre and post natal (must have been cleared for exercise at 6 week post natal check up with GP)

Location: Parking available. Meeting point entrance to walled Manor gardens beside the café.

What to bring

Make sure you wear loose, comfortable clothing and appropriate leisure footwear. All you need to bring is a bottle of water.
