Active Nordic Walking
This session is for people who have mastered the technique of Nordic Walking with poles. Expect to walk around 3-4 miles with this group. The session lasts just over the hour depending on route. Poles provided, wear warm comfortable clothing and training shoes or flat comfy shoes. We will be walking on various terrains - grass or tarmac with the possibility of some inclines/declines.
Please note that on the first week of every month, the starting point of this walk will be from another location. Please contact Marguerite Fisher if you would like more information on this.
