Active Nordic Walking

 This session is for people who have mastered the technique of Nordic Walking with poles. Expect to walk around 3-4 miles with this group. The session lasts just over the hour depending on route. Poles provided, wear warm comfortable clothing and training shoes or flat comfy shoes. We will be walking on various terrains - grass or tarmac with the possibility of some inclines/declines.

Location: The Boat House by the lake beside the Wylam Brewery. There is a plaque telling visitors about the history of the Boat House and Lake in the park.
