Buggy Workout

 

An exercise session designed for new mums who want to get back into shape after they've had a baby. This session is only suitable for mothers who have had their six-week check-up and have medical clearence to attend; by attending the session, you agree that you have been given the go ahead by your GP to return to exercise. Session will be held at various terrains - on the grass or tarmac. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for exercise.

If you are unsure if this session is suitable for you, please seek further advice from an Active Newcastle team member or your GP. Please note, by taking part in any ParkLives-Active Newcastle session, you are confirming that you are participating at your own risk.
