Active Outdoor - Women only

Simply a perfect mix of cardio with resistance training, great way to start your Saturday! You are advised to work at your own pace and intensity level, and to take rests when needed to ensure safe and gradual progression. Various alternatives and adaptations to exercises will be provided to suit your level. This is an outdoor session held in the park, session will be held at various terrains - on the grass or tarmac.

Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for exercise. If this is your first session, please arrive 5-10 minutes before session start time for registration and a brief session introduction with your session leader.
