A body weighted session using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) system – workout alternates between intense bursts of activity and a period of less intense activity or rest. This session aims to burn calories and gives a total body workout. Suitable for all levels, males and females. Low impact variations and alternatives are given, participants are encouraged to work at their own pace to encourage safe and gradual progression.
