Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga

A body weighted session aiming to develop strength, endurance, flexibility, core stability and balance. Participants will work through a flow/ sequence of yoga poses that is suitable for males and females. Session will end with relaxation techniques to help calm the mind from the stresses of the day. Unsuitable for pregnant or post-natal participants.

What to bring

Water, towel for cushioning and your own mat if you prefer.

Don't worry if you don't have a mat, one will be provided.
