A low impact body weighted session that focuses on toning and strengthening the core. Participants will work through a variety of abs and back strengthening exercises, including Pilates style core exercises.
Core strength is very important for our daily lives to perform simple daily tasks such as bending, stooping and lifting. Suitable for all levels, males and females. Unsuitable for pregnant and post-natal participants.
