Boxing HIIT

 

 

A session using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) system or Circuit training system using boxing equipment. Workout will include simple boxing styles and some body weighted exercise, aiming to burn calories, build endurance and stamina. Suitable for all levels, males and females.
