SUP Yoga and Paddling

Join us on the water for our weekly introduction to SUP Yoga and Stand Up Paddling with the team from SUP Fitness 

Each week we will be alternating between our yoga & fitness out on the water and our learn to paddle sessions 

To take part you will need to fill out your Ready to Ride form at www.supfitness.co.uk by clicking on the waves in the top right hand corner and bookings is via email at cassiepaxton@supfitness.co.uk

What to bring

Please wear your regular fitness clothing and suitable footwear like old trainers or wet shoes. Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet and bring a change of clothes and towel just in case
