Couch to 5k (Riverside Park) #2
Our Couch to 5k plan is designed to get just about anyone off the couch and running. Even if you are completely new to running our fantastic session leader will help you achieve your running goals. This is not an hour long run! There will be a warm up and cool down and the session will be filled with breaks, games, advice and smaller challenges.
Please note that this is a progressive course that lasts 10 weeks. We will not be able to include people that want to join from the third or fourth week as the group has to follow a running plan that increases in effort every week. To book into the entire Couch to 5k course you need to sign up for Week One (and then turn up for the next nine runs!)
A fair warning - there will be homework runs!
Due to the fact that we are starting in February we encourage that you wear hi-viz and head torches (if you have them) due to the dark evenings.
