Run 4 Fun

Even if you are a complete novice our Run 4 Fun sessions will help you achieve your running goal. Don't worry it's not an hour long run - the session is broken down into a warm up, coaching, games and challenges and a cool down. During the spring/summer months the Run 4 Fun sessions will move around the Outdoor Sports Centre. This session suitable for those aged 16+.
