It's the New Year and we have a brand new session! COUCH TO RUNNER will help you achieve your running goals - whether that's just to get up and active after the festive season or if you are a beginner wanting to enter the Southampton 10k race in April. This session is suitable for complete novices and is not an hour long run! Our qualified coach will take you though a warm up, look at your technique, run some drills and games and end of course with a warm down.
