Get Ready To Run!

Start running in a safe, friendly environment with our qualified coach, while benefiting from the support and encouragement of a group of like-minded people. We are here to help and encourage more people to take up running in order to make a positive lifestyle change. 

The goal of these sessions should be to be able to walk or run continuously for 20-30 minutes without stopping!
