Location: Please go to the Shapes reception desk located on the first floor of the leisure centre and book into the session. You will be advised where to go for the class. The centre has a café facility serving both hot and cold food and drinks should you wish to relax afterwards.

What to bring

 This session will take place in the dance studio over the winter months.  Please wear comfortable clothing and  bring a bottle of water and perhaps a small towel. Together we will supply the fun and laughter!
