Location: Meeting at The Wallace Centre. Parking is available outside the centre with disabled parking close to the front entrance.

What to bring

This is now an indoor session so please wear clothing and trainers suitable for indoors . Please bring a bottle of water and perhaps a small towel. Together we will supply the fun and laughter!
