 Are you new to exercise or looking to get back into regular exercise?  Turn up and Tone is a fun, social, gentle circuit based session to help you feel energised and motivated. The session uses a mixture of the outdoor gym equipment, body weight and resistance band exercises Suitable for all ages and abilities

What to bring

This is an outdoor session so please wear clothing and trainers suitable for the weather contitions. Please bring a bottle of water and perhaps a small towel.Together we will suppy the fun and laughter!
