Nordic Walking for Health
Try something different. Nordic Walking is a great way to get more out of your walking and turn it into a full body exercise that’s easy on the joints and great for your health and wellbeing. Plus you will meet a great bunch of people to walk with. If you already have your own poles please feel free to join us in the park. If not please book your place online and we can supply poles for you to try out thanks.

What to bring
Nordic poles if you have them,otherwise we have poles you can use.Please book your place online to avoid dissappointment .This is an outdoor session so please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather conditions. Please bring a bottle of water and perhaps a small towel. Together we will supply the fun and laughter!
