Get Active Outdoors

A great way to have fun, meet people and get active! The session is a mixture of cardio, strength and toning exercises performed at your own level under the watchfull eye of Jon our fully qualified exercise leader.

During the session, we also make use of Tunstall Parks latest outdoor gym equipment - a great addition. Exercise performed outdoors is not only great for your physical health but also for your mental health. So don't be shy, bring your friends along or take time out for yourself! Jon will make you feel welcome and help you to Get Active this summer.

Location: Meeting by the sports courts located behind the café and Floral Hall . Parking is limited on-site, mostly free parking around the park perimeter. Café is available for light refreshments should you want to enjoy a chill and a chat after the session.

What to bring

Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for exercising in  - you may wish to wear layers so that you can remover outer layers as you warm up! A water bottle so that you can remain hydrated through-out the session.
