Neath 5K to 10K - Week 5

5K to 10K is an 8 week programme to further progress participants currently running. We advise that before you embark on this programme, you have completed the beginner couch to 5K programme and are able to walk/run 5km in 40 minutes or less. All you need is a pair of trainers. Meet by Aberdulais Falls where you can park on the side of the road - guidance will be provided on arrival.
