A very relaxed and friendly introduction to the art of Yang style Tai Chi. An hour of Chi Kung (Chinese Yoga and breathing exercises) from 10:00 - 11:00, followed by an hour of the Tai Chi form from 11:00 - 12:00. Feel free to stay for all of the session or wander in and out.
Tai Chi is a very effective martial and healing art. It is mostly practiced today for self-healing and stress reduction.
This class is suitable for absolute beginners of all ages and abilities.
