A very relaxed and friendly introduction to the art of Yang style Tai Chi. Feel free to stay for all of the session or wander in and out.


Tai Chi is a very effective martial and healing art.  It is mostly practiced today for self-healing and stress reduction.

This class is suitable for absolute beginners of all ages and abilities.

What to bring

Loose, comfortable clothing and suitable footwear (although you can go barefoot if you wish).  Dress appropriately for the weather and bring something to drink if it is hot.
