Yoga
Yoga is open to everyone. You do not need to be super fit or super bendy!
We will practice:
* Yoga practices based on traditional hatha yoga - including sun salutations, kriya and held postures
* Breathing practices to calm the mind and body
* Relaxation

Comfy / warm clothes you can move in

Yoga Mats / towel / picnic blankets (we'll have some spares but please bring your own if you can)
