Margam Park Couch to 5K - Week 4
Couch to 5k is an 8 week programme to get newbies up and running. No running experience or fitness level required, all you need is a pair of trainers. Meet at the castle cafe (by the seating area outside the toilets)
Participants will have 1 week free parking to attend the sessions and we will offer guidance on parking after that during the 1st session.
