Margam Park 5K to 10K - Week 5

5K to 10K is an 8 week programme to further progress participants currently running. We advise that before you embark on this programme, you have completed the beginner couch to 5K programme and are able to walk/run 5km in 40 minutes or less. All you need is a pair of trainers. Meet at the castle cafe (by the seating area outside the toilets).

Participants will have 1 week free parking to attend the sessions and we will offer guidance on parking after that during the 1st session.
