Beach Boot Camp

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve your fitness levels or if you just want to become more active and move more, this circuit based boot camp is perfect for you.


Intensity levels and movement and exercise type will vary depending on your fitness, abilities and personal circumstances and the interval style training will allow you to work at your own pace.


Some of the benefits to interval training - burn more calories, improve heart health, sleep better at night, reduce stress levels, enhance circulation and blood flow, improve energy levels … the list goes on!  Please note that this session will be cancelled if there is extremely bad weather.

Location: The slip opposite the Bay View Restaurant which takes you onto Swansea Bay. Look out for the ParkLives banner and feather flag. It is next to the steps where the old Swansea Slip bridge used to be located.
