Traditional Chinese Kung Fu

The term Kung Fu refers to the martial arts of China and is practiced for health and as a form of self-defense.

You will be taught exercises for stretching, muscle power and vital energy. Each movement contains many physical components: movements of the feet, legs, trunk, arms, hands, eyes, and breath. There is also an underlying mental component of each movement.
